India beat Sri Lank by 141 runs in 2nd ODI

In the second One Day International, India beat Sri Lank by 141 runs at Chandigarh today(Wednesday).

Bating first, India scored 392 runs for the loss of four wickets in stipulated 50 overs.

In reply, Sri Lankan team could score 251 runs for the loss of eight wickets in fifty overs.

For India, Rohit Sharma scored an unbeaten 208 runs. He became the first player in ODI history to score three double centuries. His highest was 264 versus Sri Lanka in Kolkata in 2014.

The third One Day International between the two countries will be played on Sunday at Visakhapatnam.
