CJP constitutes 5-member bench to hear Nawaz Sharif family's review petitions against Panama Papers case verdict
Supreme Court has constituted a five-member Larger Bench to hear review petitions against the Panama Case decision.
The larger bench will be headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and comprise Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmad, Justice Azmat Saeed and Justice Ejaz ul Ahsan.
Decision to this effect was made after a three member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan during hearing of the review petitions in Islamabad today sent the recommendation for formation of larger bench to the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
The review petitions had been filed by Nawaz Sharif and his children against the Panama Case decision of the apex court on 28th July this year.
The court adjourned the hearing till tomorrow.
