Indian troops targeting civilian population on LoC with weapons: Haider
AJK PM says troops have blocked mosques and depriving people to exercise their religious and political duties.
Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan says Indian troops are targeting civilian population on Line of Control (LoC) with heavy and light weapons.
Talking to Chairman Coordination Group of OIC and other members at Ivory Coast, he said unprovoked firing has become routine of Indian troops in which civilian population particularly women and children are being killed intentionally.
Ambulances and passenger vehicles are also being hit.
He informed that India want to divert international attention from the situation in the held valley and want to hide its brutalities.
He said troops have blocked mosques and depriving people to exercise their religious and political duties.
AJK Prime Minister asked international community to play its due role by exerting pressure on India to stop massive human rights violations in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
On this occasion Raja Farooq Haider Khan and Leader of All Parties Hurriyet Conference Faiz Ahmed Naqshbandi presented a memorandum containing gross human rights violations of Indian troops and its evidences to the Chairman OIC Contact Group.
