PSB to hold exhibition matches to mark 70th Independence Day
Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) will hold exhibition matches on August 13 and 14 in order to mark the 70th Independence Day. In this regard, a football match would be held at Jinnah Stadium on August 13 between Pakistan White and Pakistan Green. A hockey match will also be played here at Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium on August 13 between Pakistan White and Pakistan Green. A basketball match will be held at the Basketball Court near Swimming Pool on August 14.
PBCC awards central contracts to 17 players
The Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) awarded central contracts in three categories to 17 players for a period of six months. According to PBCC Chairman Syed Sultan Shah the central contracts have been awarded for a term of six months from July 2017 to December 2017. The players included in three categories would get Category A (Rs 12,000 per month), Category B (Rs 10,000 per month) and Category C (Rs 9,000 per month).
