German Chancellor Angela Merkel has offered to earmark up to fifty million Euros to the international organizations tasked with combating the global refugee crisis.
After a meeting with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi and Director General of the International Organization for Migration William Lacy Swing in Berlin.
She emphasized the need to curb illegal migration via Libya.
