Consolidating military control in disputed territory reflects India's occupational mindset: Mirwaiz
Chairman Hurriyet Forum, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, says India is consolidating its military control in occupied Kashmir by grabbing more and more land for its military upkeep and infrastructure.
He was commenting on a news report published in a local newspaper that the puppet administration has allotted 480,000 kanals of land to Indian Army at Mandalthang and Shayok area of Ladakh for using as a firing range.
In a statement in Srinagar Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said, “Consolidating military control in the disputed territory reflects India's occupational mindset. He said it wants to resolve a political dispute through military might.
