Qatar, its neighbours urged to resolve dispute through dialogue
State Department says Tillerson to hold talks with leaders in Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
The United States, United Kingdom and Kuwait have urged Qatar and its neighbours to resolve their dispute through dialogue.
The statement came as US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and British National Security Advisor Mark Sedwill visited Kuwait which is acting as a mediator.
The State Department said Tillerson would hold talks with leaders in Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt, in a joint statement have said that Qatar has failed to meet its commitments and pledges of the 2013 agreement.
