Hindu group attempting to vitiate communal harmony in IOK: Gilani
Says proposed yatra was an attempt to disturb environment of occupied Kashmir.
In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani, has said that a Delhi-based Hindu group backed by RSS is attempting to vitiate the communal harmony of the territory.
In a statement in Srinagar, he said that the proposed yatra was an attempt to disturb the environment of occupied Kashmir and divert the attention of the people from the serious situations in the territory.
He termed as ridiculous and silly a proposal by the Hindu group, Abhinav Gupta Shashaderi Samiti, to start pilgrimage to the cave on the pattern of Amarnath Yatra.
Syed Ali Gilani appealed to the people to remain cautious in this regard and resist this cultural aggression. He further said that the Kashmiris were not against the Indian people or their religion.
