Joint Investigation Team submits its final report on Panama papers case in Supreme Court
The Bench says the parties can take copies of the report from the Registrar Office.
The joint investigation team formed by the Supreme Court to probe into matters relating to Panama Papers, submitted its final report before a three-member Bench of the Apex Court. The implementation bench, constituted as a consequence of a judgment of the Larger Bench, is headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal. The Bench says the parties can take copies of the report from the Registrar Office. However, on the request of the head of the JIT, it was directed that volume ten of the report should not be declassified. The Bench says the process of mudslinging must also stop.
PM Nawaz Sharif presented himself and his family for accountability while Imran Khan on the other hand avoiding legal forums for accountability
PTI is not ready to answer the allegations leveled against the party in foreign funding case. PTI also fails to submit reply in Supreme Court of Pakistan. Even Election Commission of Pakistan has given last chance to party to submit reply, but the party has miserably failed to reply.

Jan Achakzai (Leader, PML-N):
We have been consistently saying that JIT has not found anything in its investigation that has been proved today. The JIT concluded its investigation to collect evidences against Sharif’s family. Prime Minister and his family presented themselves for accountability and set an example that no one is above the law. The JIT told the bench that that report contained 11 volumes and requested the bench not to make the volume 10 public as it included foreign legal assistance and it would be used for further investigation.
Unprovoked Indian firing along LoC- Pakistan Army destroys two Indian army posts and killing four soldiers in response
A press release issued by ISPR says Pakistan Army has befittingly responded to Indian unprovoked firing, causing losses in men and material. Pakistan Army will protect civil population against unprovoked Indian aggression at all cost. The ISPR also releases a video, showing the two Indian army posts being destroyed. It may be recalled that five civilians were martyred as a result of unprovoked Indian firing from across the Line of Control on Saturday.

Dr. Rasheed Ahmed Khan (IR Expert):
India has been violating LoC and escalating tensions since long. The reason behind this Indian cowardly act is that it is frustrated over its failure in Occupied Kashmir. Pakistan is effectively highlighting Kashmir dispute at all international forums and continuing its moral and diplomatic support to Kashmiri people. Pakistan summoned Indian Ambassador to lodge protests over martyr of innocent people in an unprovoked firing at LoC by Indian forces. Pakistani forces have also responded to Indian aggression in a befitting way. The Indian policies to divert the World’s attention from Kashmir dispute through such tactics will work no more for India.
