GB Service Tribunal starts functioning
Chairman says tribunal will dispose of cases according to provisions of GB service Act 2010.
Gilgit-Baltistan Service Tribunal has started functioning.
Chairman Service Tribunal Hafeez-ur-Rehman told our representative that two hundred and forty relevant subjudice cases have been transferred from Registrar Chief Court Gilgit-Baltistan and subordinate courts to the tribunal. He said seven appeals have also been filed so far.
The Chairman said the tribunal will dispose of cases according to the provisions of GB service Act 2010.
Replying to a question, he said appeal against Service Tribunal can be filed in the Supreme Appellate Court Gilgit-Baltistan.
