Majeed lauds efforts of OIC to resolve lingering Kashmir dispute
Says Indian military, paramilitary forces are involved in massive HR violations in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Chaudhry Abdul Majeed has appreciated the efforts of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to resolve the lingering Kashmir dispute.
He was addressing a reception in the honour of visiting OIC delegation headed by its Special representative on Kashmir Abdullah Al-Aleem in Muzaffarabad on Monday.
AJK Prime Minister expressed hope that member countries will continue to play their important role in settling the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the UN resolutions.
He said Indian military and paramilitary forces are involved in massive human rights violations in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Speaking on the occasion OIC Special Representative on Kashmir Abdullah Al-Aleem said that OIC would continue to support Kashmiris for their birth right, right to self-determination.
He urged Pakistan and India to resume dialogue process for the peaceful settlement of Kashmir dispute.
