Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak says the provincial government has made the province a model through good governance.

Speaking at a public gathering at Akora Khattak in district Nowshera on Sunday, he said huge funds have been allocated for promotion of health and education.

He said doctors and para medical staff have been recruited to overcome shortage of staff in hospitals.

The chief minister said that embankments are being constructed on River Kabul at a cost of thirteen billion rupees to protect Peshawar, Charsadda and Nowshera from flood devastation.
