Yemeni President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has set two conditions for agreement with the Houthi rebels.

These include release of prisoners and withdrawal of Houthis from four southern and eastern provinces where they are fighting local militias.

The spokesman of the exiled president told media that UN chief Ban Ki-moon had been informed of its agreement to implement a truce in the coming days if conditions are met.
