Dukhtaran-e-Millat denounces Indian tactic of persecuting youth
In occupied Kashmir , the Dukhtaran-e-Millat Chairperson, Asiya Andrabi has called for a strategy to counter the spate of arrest of youth by Indian police in Srinagar and other areas of the territory.
In a statement in Srinagar she said, the youth are targeted under a well thought out plan to make the Kashmiris barren.
She deplored that dozens of youth have been arrested in different parts of Srinagar and have been lodged in police lockups where they are being subjected to the worst kind of torture even in the holy month of Ramadan.
Asiya Andrabi said all this is being done to terrorize the Kashmiri youth and to keep them away from the freedom movement, which is their dream that will never come true.
