In Occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) says New Delhi is using National Investigation Agency (NIA) as a war weapon against Hurriyet leadership.

APHC spokesman, in a statement in Srinagar, criticized the agency for summoning  Dr Nayeem Gilani and Dr Naseem Gilani, the sons of APHC Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani.

The spokesman said the India authorities have virtually accepted defeat and they are now subjecting Syed Ali Gilani and his two sons to physical and mental torture.

The spokesman termed the arrest of APHC General Secretary, Shabbir Ahmed Shah and summoning of Gilani's sons as the worst human rights violations.
