Turkey has agreed to collaborate with Pakistan in the fields of art and culture.
The understanding came during, meeting between advisor to Prime Minister on National History and Literary Heritage Irfan Siddiqui and ambassador of Turkey in Pakistan Mustafa Yurdakul in Islamabad today.
Speaking on the occasion, Irfan Siddiqui said both countries enjoy cordial and historic ties and will cooperate with each other in promoting the exchange of trainings in different genres of knowledge and arts.
He said Pakistan attaches great importance to its relations with Turkey and the International Research Center for Islamic History, Art and Culture in Turkey is helping a lot in promotion of culture and arts.
Speaking on the occasion, the Turkish ambassador said Pakistan is like our second home and it is always an honour and pleasure for any Turkish diplomat to be appointed in Islamabad.
He said Turkey will collaborate with Pakistan to foster these positive initiatives take by the National History and Literary heritage Division.
