Sikh community's religious festival “Jor Mela” will be held in Lahore on Thursday.

Sikh Yatrees from India arriving in Lahore this afternoon through Wagah border to participate in the festival. 

The Chairman of the Evacuee Trust Properties Board Sadiqul Farooq and senior officials will receive them.  

The ETPB has made arrangements regarding security, accommodation and medical facilities for the yatrees.

The main function of Jor Mela will be held at Gurdwara Dera Sahab in Lahore on 16th of this month.

The Sikh Yatrees during their stay in Pakistan will also visit their religious places at Hasan Abdal and Nankana Sahab.

The Sikh Yatrees will return to India through Wagah border on 17th June.
