In the ICC Champions Trophy, Sri Lanka beat India by seven wickets at Oval in London.

Batting first, India scored 321 runs against Sri Lanka for the loss of 6 wickets in allotted fifty overs.

Sri Lanka chased the target in 48.4 overs for the loss of only three wickets. Kusal Mendis of Sri Lanka was declared Man of the Match for his 89 off 93.

Speaking on the occasion, Angelo Mathews said it's one of the top wins, to beat India. He said it was a fantastic wicket. Mathews  said bowlers did brilliantly to restrict India to 321.
