No one to be allowed to disturb peace in Karachi: DG Rangers
All business centres are open in the city.
Director General Rangers Sindh Major General Bilal Akbar has warned that any attempt to disturb the normal life in Karachi will not be tolerated.
In a statement, he assured to provide full protection to the people.
He asked them to continue their normal activities without any fear.
Radio Pakistan's Karachi correspondent reported that all business centres in Saddar, Nazimabad, Liaqatabad, Gulshan-e-Iqbal and other areas of the city are opened.
It may be noted that MQM has given a call to observe strike to protest against what it calls raid on its leader Dr. Farooq Sattar on Tuesday night.
