Minister for Kashmir Affairs Chaudhry Barjees Tahir has said that the martyrdom of freedom fighter Burhan Muzaffar Wani has strengthened the freedom movement of Kashmir.

In a statement on the first death anniversary on Saturday, he paid rich tribute to the Kashmiri leader.

He said that Pakistan will continue to highlight the voice of Kashmiris, struggling for freedom and self-determination, on international fora.

The Minister said that every Kashmiri child is determined to follow the foot prints of Burhan Wani.

Meanwhile, Balochistan Chief Minister Sardar Sanaullah Zehri also paid rich tribute to Wani and said that India cannot suppress the Kashmir freedom movement through coercive means.
