Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Muhammad Usman Dar has said that Tiger Force will plant ten billion saplings across the country.

Addressing at a press conference in Lahore Usman Dar said as per the directives of Prime Minister Imran Khan, Tiger Force Day will be celebrated tomorrow to motivate youth of the country and ensure their maximum participation in the force.

He appreciated the Tiger Force for responding the call of Prime Minister Imran Khan in the crucial time when their services were required during COVID-19 pandemic.

He said 1.2 million trees will be planted in Punjab while 0.5 million in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to make Pakistan green and clean.

The Special Assistant said Pakistan is facing environmental challenges, besides COVID-19, therefore timely steps are needed to provide wholesome, healthy environment to people.
