  Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation                                                           Headquarters Islamabad                                                             Tender For PBC Canteen   TERMS AND CONDITIONS   
  1. PBC will provide free of cost electricity, water and Sui gas.
  2. The Canteen Contractor will be responsible to furnish the Canteen at his own expense. The Canteen Contractor will use Crockery of good quality.
 
  1. The Canteen Contractor will provide proper furniture in Canteen Hall and bring his own Refrigerators/Deep Freezers and other accessories.
 
  1. The Canteen Contractor will be bound to supply drinks / food items as per rates approved by PBC.
 
  1. The Canteen will run from 6:00 a.m to 12:00 midnight.
 
  1. The Canteen staff will be dressed in neat and clean uniform and will also be security-cleared from the concerned agencies.
 
  1. The Canteen is meant for PBC staff and authorized persons only. No outsider will be allowed to enter in the Canteen premises and eatables will not be supplied to anyone outside the NBH building.
 
  1. The earnest money of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) provided by the successful bidder will be kept as Security Deposit by PBC.
 
  1. The Canteen Contractor will be liable to pay all Govt. taxes/excise duty etc.
 
  1. The contract will be for an initial period of one year which may be extended on mutually agreed terms. However performance of the approved contractor will be observed closely by the Canteen Committee. The Contract may be terminated after serving one month notice if the services are not found satisfactory.
