Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique has asked Imran Khan and Tahirul Qadri to postpone their sit-ins and join hands with the government for relief and rehabilitation of the flood-hit people of the country.

Talking to media in Lahore today, he said the situation caused by the floods needs unity. He said at a time when whole machinery of the government is engaged in providing relief to the flood victims, and the security forces are engaged in the Operation Zarb-e-Azb, the sit-ins are inappropriate.

Saad Rafique urged Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to look after the people hit by floods in his province. Saad Rafique said serving the masses is real politics.

To a question, the Minister regretted that organizers of the sit-ins are using children and women as human shields.

Saad Rafique invited PAT and PTI leadership to positively respond to government's offers, to resolve current situation through dialogue.
