World community acknowledges Pakistanâ€™s sacrifices against terrorism
Sartaj Aziz says Pakistan is pursuing the policy of peaceful neighborhood and improved regional connectivity
The international community has acknowledged huge sacrifices made by Pakistan in the fight against terrorism.
This commendation was reached during separate meetings of Prime Minister's Advisor on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz with Foreign Ministers of Japan, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Greece and Singapore on the sidelines of 12th Asia Europe Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Luxembourg.
They expressed support to Pakistan's efforts for economic revival and stressed the need to further strengthen cooperation for improving the opportunities for trade and investment in Pakistan.
The Foreign Ministers lauded Pakistan`s role in bringing peace to Afghanistan and promoting meaningful dialogue between Taliban and the Afghan Government.
Sartaj Aziz reviewed bilateral relations with respective Foreign Ministers and shared views on regional and international situation.
Sartaj Aziz said Pakistan is pursuing the policy of peaceful neighborhood and improved regional connectivity. He said Pakistan wants to improve relations with India through sustained dialogue.
