Jamaat-e-Islami has demanded full payment of compensation to the earthquake affected people before winter gains further intensity.

Addressing a news conference in Peshawar on Saturday, Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Siraj-ul-Haq said the earthquake victims are facing numerous problems as their homes have been damaged in the massive earthquake.  

Siraj-ul-Haq thanked the Prime Minister for visiting different districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA to express sympathy with the quake victims.

He also lauded the role of Pakistan Army especially Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif in rescue and relief activities.

Siraj-ul-Haq announced to provide 200 million rupees for the quake affected people.
