The G20 summit began in German city of Hamburg on Friday.

Twenty heads of state are to discuss climate change, migration, terrorism and other major issues during the two-day meeting.

US President Donald Trump will also meet his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin this evening on the sidelines of the summit.

Meanwhile, protesters rallying around various anti-capitalist themes torched cars and blocked roads on the second day today as authorities called in reinforcements to try to control running street battles.

At least 159 officers have been injured since clashes began yesterday and more than 45 people arrested.
