The leaders of Russia , Germany and France have agreed in Moscow to draw up a plan to end fighting in Ukraine.

A spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin said the leaders agree on drafting an agreement that would also include proposals from Ukraine's Petro Poroshenko.

The spokeman further said Chancellor Angela Merkel, President Francois Hollande, President Putin and Ukrainian leader Petro Poroshenko will discuss progress on the issue on Sunday again.
