Turkey won't implement migrant deal if EU falls short: Erdogan
Under the deal, Ankara will take back all migrants, refugees who cross Aegean Sea to enter Greece illegally.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says Ankara would not implement a key deal on reducing the flow of migrants if the European Union does not fulfil its pledges.
Erdogan said this in a speech at presidential palace in Ankara on Thursday.
Under the deal, Ankara will take back all migrants and refugees who cross the Aegean Sea to enter Greece illegally.
Meanwhile, France and Germany are holding a joint government meeting to discuss the refugee crisis, counter-terrorism and Europe's economic situation.
French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are meeting in the city of Metz in eastern France later today.
