Joint resistance leadership calls for peaceful demonstration on Friday
The call has been made against Indian raids on residences & offices of Hurriyet leaders
In occupied Kashmir, the joint resistance leadership has asked the people to stage peaceful demonstrations after Friday prayers on 9th June against the raids by Indian National Investigation Agency on the residences and offices of Hurriyet leaders and activists.
The resistance leaders gave the call for the protests after the puppet authorities prevented them from holding a meeting on Monday with business leaders to discuss the raids.
Meanwhile the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Syed Ali Gilani, has said that India’s insensitivity is the sole reason for unabated bloodshed in the territory as Indian forces’ personnel are mercilessly killing the Kashmiri youth.
In a statement issued in Srinagar Syed Ali Gilani said that Indian authorities wanted to create appalling situation in occupied Kashmir and they had set forth their strategy to justify the use of lethal weapons against unarmed and innocent youth.
He said that Kashmir dispute was a political and humane issue and as such military might or coercive measures would not settle it.
