PPP formally lodges protest with US over spying issue
Formal protest has been conveyed in a letter addressed by the Party Secretary General to US Ambassador.
Pakistan Peoples Party has formally protested to the United States over reports of US spying on it in 2010.
According to PPP Spokesperson Farhatullah Babar, formal protest has been conveyed in a letter addressed by the Party Secretary General to US Ambassador in Islamabad Richard Olson.
The party demanded of the United States to refrain from repetition of such acts.
The party's described spying of its activities by US agencies unwarranted and totally unacceptable interference in the affairs of a political Party.
