PM to leave for Bahrain tomorrow
During visit, PM Nawaz Sharif will hold bilateral talks with Bahraini leadership.
Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is paying a two-day visit to Bahrain from tomorrow.
He is visiting Bahrain on the invitations of King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Prime Minister of Bahrain Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa.
The Prime Minister will be accompanied by a high-level delegation.
During the visit, the Prime Minister will have meetings with the King and his counterpart besides calls on him by select Ministers of Bahrain. The delegation-level talks and tête-à-tête with the King will focus on further enhancement of bilateral relations in various fields, including energy cooperation, manpower employment, trade and investment, and defence.
Pakistan and Bahrain enjoy excellent bilateral relations in all fields. The two countries also closely cooperate at international forums like the UN and OIC.
Bahrain hosts over 100,000 Pakistanis, who are contributing to the development of the Kingdom and are a bridge between the peoples of two countries.
