Pakistan ensures complete religious freedom: Pervaiz

Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid says worship places of minorities living in Pakistan are as sacred as are the Mosques
Addressing a function on interfaith harmony in Islamabad on Friday, he said all places of worship are equally sacred for the state of Pakistan and anyone who attacks them is God's foe.
The Minister said all Pakistanis have full religious freedom and there is no prejudice of caste, creed and faith in the country.
He said Operation Zarb-e-Azb is an initiative to extirpate terrorism and revive Quaid-i-Azam's Pakistan.
The Minister said there had been complete religious harmony and tolerance in Pakistan before the Afghan war.
Later, talking to newsmen, Pervaiz Rashid said holding of Local Bodies' elections is among priority agendas of PML-N government.
The Minister said all legal modalities have been sorted out to hold Local Bodies elections in Punjab.
Responding to a question, Pervaiz Rashid said the country is coming out the crises and threats. He said Pakistanis will once again witness parade of armed forces on Pakistan Day.
He said special court will start functioning soon.
Commenting on PTI chairman's remarks, Pervaiz Rashid said Imran Khan is unpredictable political figure and frequently changes his stance.
