Governor of China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Shohrat Zakir says China Pakistan Economic Corridor is set to bring economic development and stability to the region. 

Talking to APP correspondent in Urumqi, he said the projects being completed under the CPEC would improve trade and connectivity between China and Pakistan.

Shohrat Zakir said CPEC is a very good initiative proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping under his Belt and Road Initiative.
