A security team of International Cricket Council visited Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and reviewed security arrangements for tour of World XI to Pakistan. The three-match T-20 series will be played on 12, 13 and 15th of this month in Lahore. South Africa’s Faf du Plessis will lead the World XI.

Pakistan to visit England next year

Pakistani cricket team will visit England for a two-match Test series in the next year. In a tweet message, the England and Wales Cricket Board announced that the first test will be held at the Lord's Cricket Stadium from 24th to 28th of May. The second match will be played at Leeds from 1st to 5th of June next year.

According to the ranking, Mohammad Hafeez has climbed to his career-best position on 2nd number with 338 rating. Among other Pakistani to feature in the table is youngster Babar Azam, who has also reached his career-best 5th position. Hasan Ali has also made his mark in the ranking table by becoming the 7th ranked best bowler in ODIs.

Pak white team to play five test match hockey series with Oman

Pakistan White team will depart to Oman on Thursday (September 7) to play a Five Test Match Hockey Series with their National Hockey team. Talking to APP, Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Secretary Shahbaz Ahmed Senior says the five test match hockey series will be played from September 9 to 15. “Pakistan white squad can also be termed as a development or Pakistan A squad which can prove as a backup for the national team.
