Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said the provincial government is taking concrete steps to ensure provision of clean drinking water to the masses over the next four years.

Giving his policy statement in Sindh Assembly today, he said the project has already been started in Tharparkar where 80 Reverse Osmosis Plants have been installed. Another five hundred will be installed in next four years.

The Chief Minister said 121 development schemes have been completed so far.

Earlier, Sindh Assembly passed a resolution asking the provincial government to approach the federal government to block illegal and unregistered mobile SIM cards.

Later the house was adjourned sine die.
