GBLA meets in Gilgit
Mehdi Shah says investigation to be conducted about those government employees who took parts in sit-ins.
The proceeding of Gilgit-Baltistan Legislative Assembly (GBLA) resumed after two day interval in Gilgit today (Monday).
The House was informed that Provincial Government has demanded three billion rupees from Federal Government to smoothly run the affairs.
During question hour, Chief Minister Syed Mehdi Shah said that he will talk to Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif about release of funds in his expected meeting soon.
Syed Mehdi Shah said investigation will be conducted about those government employees who took parts in the sit-ins.
To a question Minister Health Gulbar Khan said Gilgit-Baltistan Government has sent a summary to Federal Government requesting it for extension of Federal doctors and paramedical staff package to Gilgit-Baltistan.
