Saudi Arabia and Egypt have agreed to strengthen their cooperation against terrorism.

The agreement came at a meeting between Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir and his Egyptian counterpart Sameh Shoukry in Cairo.

Later at a brief news conference, Saudi Foreign Minister said they have agreed to strengthen bilateral ties and expand their counterterrorism efforts under the auspices of a new Saudi anti-terrorism center.
