Army Chief is always appointed on seniority basis. The newly appointed Indian Army Chief is idol for RSS and is well known for its anti-Pakistan strategies. Indian PM Narendra Modi wants to promote such people that are totally against Pakistan and are well known for anti-Islam activities. Minorities are not safe in India as they do not have freedom for their religious activities. India claims itself a democratic state but do not give freedom of expression to the people.
