UN chief calls for truce in Ukraine
5,300 people have been killed, one million driven during Ukraine crisis.
The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon has called for a temporary truce to allow civilians to be evacuated from Debaltseve town in Ukraine.
In a statement, he called on the separatist rebels and Ukrainian forces to immediately move their military positions away from densely populated areas.
According to reports, 5,300 people have been killed and one million driven during Ukraine crisis.
