Prime Minister Imran Khan has called for coordinated efforts to come out of coronavirus pandemic scenario.
He stated this during his interaction with the volunteers of Corona Relief Tiger Force in Lahore.
The Prime Minister directed the PTI parliamentarians and party workers to stand by their people in this tough time if they desire to enjoy their support in future.
He also criticized the opposition for its inability to stand by the masses in this difficult time as they had no tendency and experience of doing social work.
The Prime Minister also expressed hope that Pakistanis would sail through this tough time and emerge as a great nation.
Earlier, Governor Punjab Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar briefed Prime Minister on setting up of Coronavirus Telemedicine helpline, provision of ration for needy families during the lock-down, supply of PPEs to the jail inmate and staff in Punjab and other initiatives on the behalf of the Prime Minister.
Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood, Minister for Science and technology Fawad Chaudhry, MPAs and party workers were also present on the occasion.
