APSCC boycotts Kashmir delegation
Jagmohan Singh Raina says delegation is not coming to Kashmir with a clear-cut mandate.
In occupied Kashmir, the All-Party Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC) says they will boycott all-party delegation headed by Indian Home Minister, Rajnath Singh, visiting Kashmir from Sunday.
APSCC Chairman, Jagmohan Singh Raina, in an interview said Indian Home Minister himself visited held Kashmir twice and promised ban on pellet guns but he failed to keep his promise. He said the Indian forces are using pellet guns randomly.
Jagmohan said that the delegation is not coming to Kashmir with a clear-cut mandate for a decisive dialogue on Kashmir.
He said such delegations have come many times in the past but they only talk to people installed by Delhi itself for furthering its political agenda.
