In Occupied Kashmir, the Association of Parents of Disappeared Persons (APDP) has urged International Court of Justice (ICJ) to intervene for ascertaining the whereabouts of enforced disappeared persons in the territory.

In a statement in Srinagar, a spokesman of the Association said, the International Court of Justice should play its role in this regard, as all other means have failed to bear any results.

He said “despite a consistent campaign in Jammu and Kashmir against enforced disappearances for the last twenty seven years, no effective measures have been taken.
