AJK President urges major powers not to view Kashmir issue from Indian perspective
Masood Khan says Kashmir is a political issue awaiting a democratic verdict by the people of Kashmir about their political future.
President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan has urged the international community to take stock of human rights violations in occupied Kashmir.
Addressing a seminar on "Kashmir: Way Forward" held in British city of Bradford, he said Kashmir is a political issue awaiting a democratic verdict by the people of Kashmir about their political future.
Sardar Masood Khan said major Powers must cease to see Kashmir through the prism of real political profits in India as the issue is about human lives and human rights standards.
On behalf of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, President Masood Khan thanked Pakistan for its consistent and principled stand on Kashmir and its staunch support to the cause of Kashmiris.
