North Korea says no need to sit down with United States for talks.

In a statement, North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui said this in Seoul on Saturday, ahead of a U.S. envoy’s visit to South Korea.

She said negotiations will not work out between Washington and Pyongyang and there will be no change in North Korea’s policy.
