In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet leaders and organizations have expressed serious concern over the stepped up Indian state terrorism in the territory.

The All Parties Hurriyet Conference leader Muhammad Yousuf Naqash in a statement termed the sending of All-Party delegation by New Delhi to Kashmir as a ploy to mislead the international community.

He said the move is aimed at suppressing the ongoing uprising, which had unnerved India.

He said resolution of the long-pending Kashmir dispute lies in tripartite talks involving Pakistan, India and genuine Kashmiri leadership in line with the UN resolutions.

Another APHC leader, Hakim Abdul Rasheed, in a statement in Srinagar condemned the continued imposition of curfew and other restrictions on the people’s movement.
