Hygienic food being served to Pakistani pilgrims
This was stated by food supervisor, Muhammad Iqbal, while talking to Radio Pakistan correspondent Muhammad Akram Khan in Makkah on Friday.
He said that catering companies have been advised to hire Pakistani staff for cooking to ensure Pakistani taste in view of demand of the Pakistani pilgrims. He said the cooking process is thoroughly monitored to ensure quality and standard.
Speaking on the occasion, Turkish caterer Yasar said steel crockery is used to keep the food warm and nutritious. He said Pakistani spices are used while preparing food for pilgrims. He said that utmost care is taken while delivering food to pilgrims. He said any kind of complaint or suggestion is welcomed.
