President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko is arriving in Islamabad tomorrow on three-day visit to Pakistan at the invitation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

This will be the third leadership level visit from Belarus and second by Alexander Lukashenko in 16 months.

The President of Belarus is accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister and five Ministers including Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Industry, Agriculture, Education, Taxation and Revenue besides other high-level officials.

Apart from official talks with the Prime Minister, the Belarusian President will hold meeting with the President of Pakistan.

The two countries are expected to sign a number of important agreements and MoUs during the visit.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan and the President of Belarus will inaugurate the Fourth Pakistan-Belarus Business and Investment Forum on Wednesday.  A 23-member business delegation from Belarus is already in Pakistan to explore mutual beneficial business opportunities through business-to-business deals with Pakistani counterparts.
