Proxy war against Pakistan should come to an end: PM
Nawaz Sharif says India will have to consider his four-point peace proposal sooner or later.
Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has emphatically stated that the proxy war against Pakistan from across the border should come to an end.
Talking to the media persons in London on Saturday, he said Pakistan has evidence of Indian intelligence agency RAW's involvement in subversive activities in the country which has been shared with the United Nations.
He said Pakistan's stance is being heard on this issue at the international level and it will definitely have its impact.
When asked that New Delhi has rejected his four-point peace initiative, Nawaz Sharif said the neighboring country will have to consider his proposals sooner or later. The PM said he has given concrete proposals with good intent for reduction of tension between the two countries.
Nawaz Sharif said both the countries should adopt a balanced approach as the animosity has only impeded the development process.
