United Nations has expressed concern over the impact of COVID-19 on people in Syria where healthcare system has been decimated due to war.

The spokesman for UN Secretary-General, Stephane Dujarric told a virtual press briefing, that the world body is stepping up cross-border delivery of life-saving assistance to people in need in northwest Syria.
