Talking to an Irish delegation from University of Dublin in Islamabad on Monday, he said Pakistan needs trained medical staff and workers to adequately meet the challenges of natural disasters and new diseases.

He was talking to the Ambassador Designate to Kuwait Ghulam Dastagir in Islamabad on Monday.
The President said Pakistan gives importance to its relations with Kuwait and desires to expand relations with it in all the fields.
Pakistan has welcomed the election of Bidhya Devi Bhandari as the new President of Nepal.
In a statement, President Mamnoon Hussain felicitated the newly-elected President of Nepal.
He has expressed the hope that bilateral relations will be strengthen and expand to the mutual benefit of the peoples of our two countries.
